How do I clean the items?
Each time you place the item in the microwave it disinfects instantly so there is no worry of passing germs among family members. Spot clean with a damp rag if needed. Some items have a washable cover that simply goes into the washing machine.

How long do I heat it in the microwave?
Each product comes with an instruction card for recommended heating times. Every microwave varies in wattage so start with the recommended guidelines for the size of your product and then increase in 30 second intervals until you find what works in your microwave. Always use that length of time when heating. The items stay “active” for up to one hour so if you reheat before the item is completely cool, heat for a shorter period of time.

What is inside the products?
The items are filled with an edible wheat grain only. Our medical team suggested we use no herbs or spices due to allergic reactions and increase of headaches. The items are clean and safe for all children and pets.

How long will the product last?
We made our first products 10 years ago and we are still using them! We will let you know when they wear out!

How do I make this a cold pack?
Place the product in a plastic bag to keep it clean and put it in the freezer for at least one hour. Frozen items will maintain their pliability and be a comfortable cold temperature. You can also lightly spritz them with water before freezing. The water will turn to ice crystals which will absorb back into the bag and not drip onto your clothing. Great for sports injuries, reducing swelling or just to cool down on a hot summer day.

How long will the product maintain heat?
They will hold the heat for 30-45 minutes and have a natural cool down process. They can be used anywhere because there are no cords and they are completely portable.
